Location : BengaluruWork Mode : On-site, 5 Days a WeekAbout the Role :We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications, intelligent automation solutions, and enterprise-grade software systems.The role involves building high-performance services, integrating multiple platforms, and delivering reliable technology solutions for business-critical use cases.Key Responsibilities :- Design and develop scalable backend applications and services using Python.- Build APIs, integration frameworks, and workflow automation solutions.- Develop systems capable of processing structured and unstructured business data.- Create reusable libraries, components, and engineering accelerators.- Own the delivery of critical modules and technical components.- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.- Support production deployments, monitoring, troubleshooting,



and root-cause analysis.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business solutions.- Mentor junior engineers and support engineering best practices.Required Experience :- 3+ years of software engineering experience.- Strong expertise in Python.- Experience building APIs using FastAPI, Flask, or similar frameworks.- Solid understanding of microservices architecture.- Experience with SQL and database design.- Knowledge of cloud platforms and containerized deployments.- Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.- Familiarity with workflow orchestration and automation systems.- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.Preferred Experience :- Exposure to search systems, recommendation systems, automation platforms, or data-driven applications.- Experience handling large-scale business data and document-based workflows (ref:hirist.tech)
