We are seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role you will assist with inquiries, provide accurate information, maintain records, and ensure positive interactions with the people we serve.

Key responsibilities

- Respond to incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and approved platforms.

- Provide accurate information about services, programs, and procedures using approved resources.

- Document interactions, requests, and follow‑up actions in designated systems.

- Update customer records and maintain accurate information.

- Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the appropriate department.

- Meet established service quality, attendance, and productivity expectations.





Required qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent.

- Solid verbal and written communication skills.

- Basic computer skills including email, internet navigation, and data entry.

- Professional telephone and email etiquette.

- Ability to manage tasks independently while working remotely and reliable internet access.

Nice to have

- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) or ticketing systems.

- Bilingual communication skills in English and Spanish or Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
