Job Summary: The incumbent has to facilitate the Ecom team CS&L; delivers on service levels to the customers of the company, with least lead time and lowest cost. He/She should be driving Master data governance and service levels for Ecom by continuously engaging with multiple stakeholders like Customer counterparts, KAMs, CSMs and CP warehouse personnel.

Master Data Maintenance at customer’s end/ our SAP system

NPI Management : Listing and Stock requirement / Planning

Fill Rate Analysis & Insights

Daily Analysis of stock out items

Weekly/Monthly Fill Rate reconciliation as per the customer need

Returns Analysis

Root Cause Analysis

Customer communication and Liaison

Ad Hoc Weekly Customer Meetings

Weekly Fill rate reconciliation discussion

Data / Reports

Required Qualifications: Bachelors with a minimum of 2-3 years of work experience

Customer Relationship experience / Stakeholder Management

SAP experience Microsoft Office or Google Suites

Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, DOMO, etc
