The Terminal Automation Project Manager is responsible for leading the successful delivery of terminal automation projects, ensuring alignment with defined scope, timelines, and budget. You will collaborate with engineering, operations, IT, and external partners to deliver reliable, scalable, and high-quality automation solutions that support operational excellence and customer satisfaction. Lead end-to-end project execution from concept through commissioning and handover

Define project scope, schedules, budgets, and resource plans aligned with business objectives

Track progress against milestones and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes

Identify, manage, and mitigate risks, issues, and change requests

Oversee the design, development, and deployment of automation solutions, including control systems and terminal management platforms

Act as the primary point of contact across cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and external partners

Conduct regular project reviews and provide transparent updates to stakeholders and leadership

Manage vendors and contractors to ensure compliance with contractual, technical, and quality expectations

Promote adherence to safety standards, regulatory requirements, and cybersecurity practices

Lead system testing and commissioning activities, ensuring readiness for operational use

You make timely and well-informed decisions, even in complex and evolving situations, to keep projects moving forward. Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation, or related field) or equivalent practical experience





Demonstrated experience in industrial automation and project execution

Experience delivering projects in terminal, refinery, or similar industrial environments

Knowledge of tank farm operations, loading systems, and automation workflows

Robust communication and stakeholder management skills

Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)

Experience with Terminal Management Systems and large-scale automation platforms

ERP platforms)

Experience working with global teams or in matrixed organizational environments

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and digital transformation initiatives
