Technospacio Tech Solution Pvt Ltd. works in automation and entrance security barrier solutions, including gate entry and access control systems. The company is seeking a Sales Manager to expand its customer base and build lasting relationships across relevant commercial and industrial markets.

Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, networking, and customer visits.

Develop relationships with corporate clients, builders, contractors, consultants, dealers, and system integrators.

Manage the sales cycle from lead generation through negotiation and order closure, while working toward monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Identify market opportunities, track competitor activity, maintain CRM records and sales pipelines,



and provide regular business development reports.

Coordinate with internal teams on pricing, technical support, order processing, and delivery.

Three to four years of relevant experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or client acquisition.

Experience with access control, gate automation, industrial products, or automation solutions is preferred.

Robust communication, negotiation, and client-handling abilities, with confidence in building professional relationships and closing sales.

Ability to organize a sales pipeline, maintain accurate customer records, and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
