Role Overview We are looking for a Blended Customer Support Associate to handle international customer queries through voice and chat channels. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, experience handling customer issues and escalations, and the ability to deliver quality support in a rapid-paced environment.

Handle international customer queries through inbound voice and chat channels.

Maintain performance standards across key metrics such as CSAT, QA, TTR and FCR.

Handle high-volume customer interactions across multiple support channels.

Use AI-powered support tools, chatbots, or AI copilots to improve customer service efficiency.

Preferred Industry Experience

Candidates with experience in the following industries will be preferred:

FinTech and financial services

Crypto industry experience will be an added advantage. However, candidates with robust experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments will also be considered.
