Role Overview The Technical Lead is responsible for the overall technical design, architecture, integration, quality, and delivery of a cloud-native digital supply chain platform on AWS supporting Oil & Gas operations. A key aspect of the role is bridging the digital platform with enterprise ERP landscapes, particularly SAP, ensuring seamless integration between supply chain business processes and digital solutions. The Technical Lead will work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, SAP teams, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and operational requirements.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
Master's degree preferred.
AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, DevOps Engineer, or equivalent) preferred.
SAP integration or ERP-related certifications are advantageous.
Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

Provide technical leadership for the design, development, deployment, and support of the digital supply chain platform.
Design and implement cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services and modern engineering practices.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and cost optimization.
Lead integration architecture between digital platforms and enterprise systems, including SAP and other ERP solutions.
Review and approve technical designs, code quality, and deployment approaches.




Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Work closely with cybersecurity and infrastructure teams to ensure compliance with security policies.
Strong expertise in cloud-native application architecture and software engineering.
Hands-on experience with AWS services and cloud solution design.
Strong experience in microservices, APIs, containerization, and distributed systems.
Experience integrating cloud applications with SAP ERP and enterprise systems.
Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile delivery.
Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Ability to lead multiple technical teams and manage technical risks.
Experience with testing strategies, automation frameworks, and release management.
