About the role We're looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist to drive adoption of Plumloom's AI products.

You'll own growth initiatives from market research and content creation through distribution, experimentation, and performance measurement.

Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive product adoption.
Promote our products through relevant channels, including professional networks, online communities, newsletters, industry publications, and online events.
Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencers, and community collaborations.
Experiment with organic acquisition, SEO, content marketing, and targeted campaigns.
Technical Content Creation & Distribution
Collaborate with the founder to develop accurate technical messaging, content creation and distribution.
Produce supporting marketing assets such as graphics, carousels, and short-form videos using modern AI and content tools.
Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling content for different audiences.
Repurpose content across multiple channels to maximize reach.
Build and maintain a consistent content pipeline aligned with audience interests and product adoption goals.
Measure content effectiveness based on engagement, qualified traffic, and product adoption.




AI-Native Marketing Execution
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, or Claude, for research, content creation, campaign development, and analysis.
Apply AI-assisted workflows to improve the speed and quality of marketing execution without quality compromise.
Research market trends, competition, relevant communities, and acquisition opportunities.
Track acquisition channels, referrals, product signups, installations, and user activation.
Measure campaign performance using relevant analytics and attribution tools.
Provide daily status updates and handoffs aligned with California morning hours (Pacific Time).

What we're looking for Required Skills & Experience

- 2+ years of hands-on experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or developer tool marketing.
- Experience driving measurable adoption for SaaS, technology, AI, or developer-focused products.
- Robust content creation skills, including writing, basic visual design, hook, and social media content production.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns across organic and digital channels.
- Experience marketing open-source projects, developer tools, APIs, or AI products is a big plus.
- Experience or familiarity with AI search visibility and generative engine optimization (GEO).




- Proficiency using AI tools for research, content creation, and marketing productivity.
- Working knowledge of SEO, analytics, conversion tracking, and growth experimentation.
- Strong written English and the ability to create content for US and global audiences.
- Create and distribute initial technical content and launch growth experiments.

Establish a consistent performance reporting process.
Improve content and distribution based on performance data.
Develop repeatable content and distribution workflows.
Present a data-backed growth plan for the subsequent cycle.

Specific performance targets will be established together with the founder after reviewing the product baseline and initial experiments.

Website traffic, impressions, followers, and search rankings are supporting metrics. You'll work closely with the founder on product positioning and technical messaging while taking responsibility for day-to-day marketing execution.

The first 60–90 days will include regular performance reviews against agreed objectives.
