The ideal candidate should have experience in IT recruitment and the ability to source, screen, and close candidates for technologies such as Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Engineering, DevOps, AI/ML, and ERP platforms.
Source and recruit IT professionals for contract and full-time roles
Work on requirements from direct clients and implementation partners
Build solid candidate pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, and networking
1–5 years of experience in technical recruitment/staffing
- Good understanding of IT technologies and hiring processes
- Experience working with US staffing/recruitment is preferred
