Role Description The Executive Assistant to Chief Executive Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role provides comprehensive executive support to the CEO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, and preparing expense reports. The Executive Assistant will handle correspondence, draft and review documents, maintain confidential records,



and ensure timely follow-up on action items. The Executive Assistant will help streamline workflows, prioritize tasks, and maintain an organized environment that enables the CEO to operate efficiently and focus on high-level business priorities.

Candidates should possess solid Diary Management and Administrative Assistance skills to coordinate schedules, meetings, and daily operational activities.

Candidates should possess experience in preparing and tracking Expense Reports and handling related documentation and approvals.

Candidates should possess robust organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
