Job Description: Branch Manager – Ludhiana Company: Indo European Study Abroad Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Salary: 8 LPA – 12 LPA

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in the Study Abroad Industry (Mandatory)

Job Overview Indo European Study Abroad is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and manage its Ludhiana branch. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the study-abroad industry, leadership skills, and the ability to drive branch operations, business growth, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the overall operations and daily functioning of the branch.

Lead, manage, and motivate the counselling, application, and sales teams.

Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch revenue and business targets.

Monitor student counselling, university applications, and visa processes to ensure service quality.

Drive student enrolments and generate business through effective sales strategies.

Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, university representatives, and other stakeholders.

Track team performance, set targets,



and ensure timely achievement of business goals.

Handle escalated student and parent queries professionally.

Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and operational standards.

Prepare and share regular business performance reports with senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Study Abroad Industry is mandatory .

Prior experience managing a branch or leading a team is highly preferred.

Strong knowledge of international education destinations, admission procedures, and visa processes.

Proven ability to achieve sales and revenue targets.

Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong business development and team management capabilities.

Ability to manage operations independently and deliver results.
