Gilead Sciences seeks an Enterprise Architect Governance Lead to manage and execute enterprise architecture decision-governance processes. The role ensures consistent governance operations, routes decisions appropriately, and maintains accountability across architecture pillars while coordinating with business, application, data, and security functions.

Responsibilities

Implement and administer enterprise-wide architecture decision rights and approval authorities

Manage and facilitate the Architecture Review Board and end-to-end ARB lifecycle

Coordinate strategic sourcing engagement, standards adoption, and exception governance

Maintain ARB charter, process documentation, policies, controls and performance measures

Integrate ARB processes with portfolio governance, security, compliance and delivery gates

Requirements

Enterprise architecture governance and decision management experience

Knowledge of architecture review board processes and lifecycle management

Cross-functional coordination across business, technology, and security domains

Risk-based governance policy development and administration skills

Stakeholder management and change management experience

Ability to manage escalation paths and exception governance
