SENIOR SERVICE MANAGER

Automotive – Multi-Brand Car Service Experience: 12+ Years Qualification: B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering We are looking for an experienced Service Head / Senior Service Manager to lead end-to-end operations of a multi-brand car service business, drive business growth, improve workshop efficiency and deliver excellent customer satisfaction.

Lead overall multi-brand car service operations, including workshop and field operations.
Manage B2B and B2C service business, revenue growth and operational profitability.
Handle service teams, workshop managers, service advisors and technicians.
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, complaint resolution and service quality.
Manage garage/vendor partnerships, spare parts procurement and insurance coordination.
Monitor service turnaround time, productivity, quality, SLAs and operational KPIs.




Develop business through corporate tie-ups, insurance networks and strategic partnerships.
Strong experience in multi-brand car service operations.
Experience with organised automotive service platforms such as MyTVS, Automovill, Pitstop, GoMechanic or similar multi-brand networks .
Proven experience managing large service teams and multiple workshop operations.
Solid knowledge of automotive service processes, customer handling, vendor management and business operations.
Good understanding of revenue, cost control, service quality and operational performance.

Candidates currently working as Service Head, Regional Service Manager, Senior Service Manager, City Head or Operations Head in multi-brand automotive service companies.
