Job Title : HRBP – BHR / Employee Relations
Experienc e: 1–2 years in HRBP / Employee Relations
Shifts : Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to support employee lifecycle and engagement.
Handle employee relations, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Support HR policies, compliance, and disciplinary processes.
Work on employee engagement initiatives and culture building activities.
Collaborate with business leaders to align HR practices with organizational goals.
1–2 years of proven experience in HRBP/Employee Relations role.
Knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and labor laws.
Prior BPO industry HRBP experience.
Immediate joiners highly preferred.
