Our partner is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager based in India. As a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of multi-channel performance marketing campaigns within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment. You will take ownership of significant advertising budgets across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and X, with a strong focus on generating qualified pipeline and measurable revenue growth. Working closely with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, SEO, and Revenue Operations teams, you will develop integrated campaigns that reach enterprise audiences and accelerate business performance. You will use data-driven insights, experimentation, and advanced attribution techniques to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment. The role also offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy, develop email nurturing programs, and lead a small team. You will join a globally distributed, fully remote setting that values accountability, collaboration, and continuous innovation. Accountabilities - Lead and manage paid advertising campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Reddit, YouTube, X, and other relevant platforms, focusing on enterprise brand awareness, qualified pipeline generation, and revenue growth. - Collaborate with Growth Marketing, Account-Based Marketing, and SEO teams to align campaign strategies, establish optimization priorities, and maximize incremental performance. - Monitor campaign performance daily, implementing optimization strategies to improve click-through rates, cost per lead, return on ad spend, and overall marketing efficiency. - Develop and maintain a structured performance review process, analyzing weekly results,



identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations. - Report bi-weekly to marketing leadership and key stakeholders on budget utilization, campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and return on investment. - Partner with Revenue Operations to strengthen campaign attribution, tracking accuracy, and data consistency across marketing and sales systems. - Build comprehensive revenue attribution reporting, including account-based marketing attribution through advertising platform APIs. - Manage advertising budgets, monitor spending and pacing across channels, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to maximize business impact. - Identify new advertising platforms, audience segments, targeting strategies, and creative formats to expand reach and drive performance improvements. - Own the email marketing program, including one-off campaigns, audience segmentation, and the development and optimization of automated nurture sequences. - Lead and support a small performance marketing team, fostering collaboration, accountability, professional development, and strong execution. - Work closely with creative, content, and design teams to test messaging, advertising formats, and audience engagement strategies. Requirements: - 6–10 years of experience in performance marketing or demand generation, preferably within a B2B SaaS company or a marketing agency. - Extensive hands-on experience managing Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads campaigns, with familiarity across additional platforms such as Reddit, YouTube, and X. - Strong understanding of full-funnel performance marketing strategies, including enterprise demand generation, account-based advertising, lead nurturing, and revenue-focused campaign management.
