We are looking for a driven Area Sales Manager to grow Stemplify's presence across schools and institutions in their assigned territory.
You will own the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, building relationships with school leadership and promoting our STEM education programs, kits, workshops, and competitions.
Manage the full sales cycle: lead, pitch, proposal, negotiation, closure, and payment follow-up
Coordinate with the Operations and Program teams for smooth onboarding, orientation, and delivery after a sale
Nurture existing accounts to drive renewals, upsells, and referrals
Prepare regular sales reports, MIS, and territory plansibilities: Business Development Business Management Client Interaction Client Relationship Coordination Effective Communication Marketing Market research MS-Excel MS-Word Operations Presentation skills Problem Solving Sales Sales Management
have minimum 1 years of experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales,



or a related field.
Required experience in sales, preferably in B2B sales, education sales, or institutional sales.
Solid communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for school visits and meetings.
Target-oriented mindset with the ability to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Good understanding of sales processes, lead generation, follow-ups, and CRM tools.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and basic reporting.
