As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the evolution of a unified, multi-channel conversations platform serving businesses worldwide. You will own a product area end to end, from customer discovery and strategic planning to launch and continuous optimization. Working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing teams, you will translate customer insights into impactful product experiences. You will drive improvements in activation, adoption, engagement, and retention through data-driven decisions and rapid experimentation. Conduct 4–6 agency customer calls per week to uncover underlying needs, validate problems, and understand customer workflows.

Create high-fidelity prototypes and validate concepts with customers and internal stakeholders before engineering implementation.

Prepare data-driven insights and strategic narratives for weekly and quarterly business reviews, as well as annual planning.

Support the onboarding, development, and mentoring of junior Product Managers when needed.

7–9 years of Product Management experience, ideally within B2B SaaS environments.

- Proven experience working on communication or messaging products, such as unified inboxes, helpdesks, CPaaS platforms, or CRM messaging solutions.
- Experience building products for agencies, multi-tenant platforms, or white-label solutions.
- Familiarity with preparing data, insights, and narratives for business reviews and annual planning.
- Strong analytical and product thinking skills, with the ability to synthesize qualitative feedback, quantify opportunities, and identify meaningful UX improvements.




- Demonstrated ownership of product areas, including independent planning, prioritization, scoping, trade-off management, and execution.
- Daily use of AI tools for customer research synthesis, analysis, documentation, PRD creation, and prototyping.
- Experience designing and delivering AI-powered product capabilities, such as suggested replies, conversation summaries, intelligent routing, or AI agents.
- Familiarity with competing communication and inbox platforms, including HubSpot, Intercom, Front, and Zendesk.
- Experience running discovery and validation cycles using prototypes, beta programs, and customer feedback.
- Knowledge of AI feature design principles, including quality measurement, trust, and adoption.
- Experience using product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Superset to guide decisions.
- Fully remote position based in India.
