ServiceNow Legal Service Delivery (LSD)

Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Architect, design, and implement scalable, secure, upgrade-safe ServiceNow LSD solutions. Lead up-to-date legal service experiences (Legal Matter Management, Legal Intake, Document Management) with strict CSDM alignment and platform best practices.
Design and extend LSD applications using App Engine Studio, Flow Designer, UI Builder, Now Experience, Scripted REST APIs, and IntegrationHub.
CSDM & Data Integrity: Model legal data per CSDM 4.0/5.0 enforce data governance for legal matters, documents, and services integrate with Service Graph.
Build legal workflow automations using Flow Designer, Decision Builder, and IntegrationHub integrate with HRSD, ITSM, GRC, and third-party legal systems (MID Server, OAuth 2.0).
User Experience:



Develop Next Experience Workspaces/Portals with UI Builder ensure WCAG accessibility configure AI Search, Virtual Agent, Next Best Action.
Implement ACLs, roles, scoped app protections, Zero Trust principles ensure GDPR compliance, attorney-client privilege, and data retention policies.
Testing & CI/CD: Develop ATF test suites participate in code reviews, instance scans, CI/CD pipelines (Application Repository, Git).
Guide junior developers champion LSD best practices track ServiceNow product roadmap.
Experience: 4+ years ServiceNow development 2+ years LSD or regulated service domain focus.
Scoped apps, Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, UI Builder, Now Experience.
CSDM: Proven CSDM 4.0/5.0 implementation.
Advanced JavaScript (ES6+), Glide APIs, secure coding.
IntegrationHub, MID Server, OAuth 2.0.
Testing/CI/CD: ATF, instance scan, pipeline management.
Robust controls for sensitive legal data.
Certifications: CAD, CIS-LSD.
Service Graph Connectors, Decision Builder, AI Search.
Agile/Scrum, DevOps experience.
