The role involves collaborating across teams to build production-ready systems leveraging large-scale healthcare datasets and modern data platforms.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy advanced data science and AI solutions using machine learning and large language models

Build predictive models and analytics solutions to generate actionable insights from structured and unstructured datasets

Develop LLM-powered applications including AI assistants, RAG pipelines, and knowledge-grounded reasoning systems

Implement evaluation frameworks for AI systems, hallucination mitigation, and quality assessment





Mentor junior data scientists and promote adoption of contemporary AI development practices

Requirements

- BTech or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or applied AI roles
- Strong expertise in machine learning, predictive modeling, and Python programming
- Experience building and deploying LLM-powered systems in production environments
- Proficiency with modern data platforms such as Databricks and distributed processing frameworks
- Experience with embedding pipelines, vector databases, and semantic data modeling
- Healthcare, life sciences, or biopharma domain experience is highly desirable
