About Us Blackstone Group Technologies (BGT) is a Chennai-based structural steel detailing and software design services firm. We are growing our reinforcement detailing and BIM team and looking for passionate professionals to join us.

As a Rebar Modeler / Detailer, you will prepare and check reinforcement detailing drawings, Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) & 3D BIM models, working closely with design and project teams to deliver accurate, high-quality output.

Prepare and review detailed rebar drawings, BBS and models for UK-based projects
Carry out reinforcement detailing using CADS RC / Rebar CAD
Develop 3D BIM models in Revit across different LOD levels
Interpret structural drawings, project specifications and reinforcement requirements




Create and manage clash analysis and Revit families
Follow the BIM Execution Plan and project workflow criteria
Run quality checks on completed drawings and models
Stay current with industry standards and best practices in rebar detailing

Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil or Structural Engineering (or a related field)
Hands-on experience in rebar detailing/Modellig and BBS preparation
Working knowledge of Revit/Rebar (BIM modeling, family creation, clash analysis)
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD
Experience with CADS RC / Rebar CAD (an added advantage for freshers)
