This person will support and partner with the Regional Marketing Strategy Events Team as well as the Project Management Team.

Schedule internal and external calls





Create campaigns in and reconcile attendance in Salesforce

Create nomination and post-event surveys in Survey Monkey

Create biography books in Microsoft Word

Create Agenda Documents in Microsoft Word

Send slides, recordings, marketing materials, etc. to legal for approval

Assist with ad-hoc project work as needed

Valuable organization skills, an eye for detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, skill to juggle multiple projects, and flexibility to re-prioritize when needed.

- Capable of prioritizing and executing multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic environment
- 1- 3 years-experience in an administrative or support role preferred
- Marketing and/or event experience is a plus
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) Salesforce, Pardot, Survey Monkey, and Zoom is preferred.
