We are looking for a highly driven and detail-oriented Program Manager to lead and streamline our day-to-day academic operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with the CEO , Head of Operations , instructors, and college stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of student batches while continuously improving operational efficiency and learning outcomes. This role requires someone who can independently own operations, make data-driven decisions, and proactively solve challenges in a fast-paced EdTech environment.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of all active student batches and ensure smooth execution across colleges.
Coordinate with instructors regarding batch schedules, faculty allocation, attendance, content delivery, and operational requirements.
Work closely with the CEO and Head of Operations to execute strategic initiatives and improve operational processes.
Create, analyze, and present performance reports for batches, instructors, and operational metrics.




Monitor batch performance, analyze student feedback, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements to enhance batch quality and student satisfaction.
Coordinate with College TPOs, Deans, Placement Officers, and other college stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of academic programs.
Identify operational risks and recommend preventive measures to minimize disruptions.
Drive continuous process improvement initiatives using data and operational insights.
Take complete ownership of assigned projects and deliver them within defined timelines.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 3–5 years of experience in the EdTech industry or a similar operations role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Dashboards, Data Validation, Charts, etc.).
- Experience in creating MIS reports and operational dashboards.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and drive process improvements.

Experience managing academic operations in an EdTech company.
Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
