HR Executive – Recruitment & HR Operations Company: Socio Labs
Work Mode: On-site (Work from Office)
Employment Type: Full time (Monday - Friday)

Socio Labs is looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment and day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate management, employee onboarding, HR documentation, and employee coordination.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Publish job openings on LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other relevant platforms.
Conduct initial HR screening interviews and coordinate interview rounds.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave records, and HR documentation.
Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and other official records.
Coordinate with the relevant team on payroll inputs, attendance, and leave data.
Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries related to HR policies and processes.
Help maintain a positive and professional work environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
Knowledge of end-to-end hiring and HR administration.
Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and MS Office.
