About the job
As a Business Development Executive at Pairow Group, you'll help build new business opportunities through thoughtful research, clear communication, and consistent follow-up.

1. Research potential prospects and organizations, identify relevant contacts, and keep prospect information accurate and up to date.
2. Write and send tailored outreach emails, using clear, qualified written English and timely follow-ups to encourage conversations.
3. Speak with prospective contacts to understand their needs, explain relevant information about Pairow Group, and arrange meetings for further discussion.
4. Track outreach, responses, and next steps in MS Excel, maintaining organized records and sharing regular pipeline updates.
5. Support digital marketing activities by preparing content and coordinating posts across social media channels.
6. Review campaign engagement and prospect responses, using the results to suggest practical improvements to outreach.
7. Coordinate with colleagues to prepare meeting materials, confirm follow-ups, and ensure prospective contacts receive accurate information. Skill(s) required
