Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator with Advanced MS Excel skills to manage and maintain business and operational data. The candidate will be responsible for accurate data entry, maintaining records, validating information and supporting day-to-day data management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Enter, update and maintain business and operational data accurately.
Maintain and organise Excel spreadsheets and records.
Work with data using Advanced MS Excel.
Verify information and identify data discrepancies or inconsistencies.
Ensure accuracy and consistency of records.
Collect, compile and organise data from relevant sources.




Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and verification.
Maintain proper documentation and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.
Required Skills
Advanced MS Excel skills.
Experience in data entry and spreadsheet maintenance.
Ability to validate information and identify discrepancies.
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational and coordination skills.
Preferred Experience
Prior experience in the manufacturing industry.
