You will drive brand strategy and business growth by building a strong, consumer first brand in a digitally led environment. This role requires a sharp understanding of consumer behavior, strong digital marketing capabilities, and close collaboration with sales team to accelerate both brand visibility, discoverability and sales.
Lead digital first brand building and marketing across platforms, including performance, content, and influencer marketing
Develop brand strategy grounded in consumer insights, identifying unmet needs and driving category growth
Translate strategy into strong go to market plans, campaigns, and creative execution
Partner closely with sales, especially Q commerce, to drive business growth and win on digital shelves
Track performance and optimise campaigns using data, focusing on key digital KPIs and ROI
Align cross functional teams to deliver against brand priorities and execution
Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Proven working experience as a Sr Brand Manager, Digital marketing manager, preferably in food industry
Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
Strong experience in digital marketing and online brand building




Experience working with or driving business through Q commerce or e commerce platforms is preferred.
Strong understanding of digital ecosystems, performance marketing, and content strategy
Ability to translate consumer insights into impactful brand and business strategies
Data driven mindset with strong analytical capabilities
