Job Overview: We are seeking a agile and customer-focused Customer Service Associate for a retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards, supporting sales targets, and managing inventory.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.

- Ensure product display and cleanliness of the retail space.
- Assist in processing sales transactions, billing, and basic cash handling.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels; coordinate stock replenishment.
- Support in receiving, tagging, and arranging stock on shelves.
- Execute in-store promotions and marketing initiatives as guided.
- Maintain daily records of sales, customer feedback, and inventory.
- Communicate effectively with the store manager and team.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Any discipline)

- Prior retail or customer service experience is an advantage
- Freshers with good communication and interpersonal skills are welcome
- Ability to speak in English, Konkani, and/or Hindi
- Willingness to work in shifts (within store hours)
- Knowledge or interest in retail/sustainable/local products is a plus
