Senior Recruiter – Non-Tech & Tech

We’re looking for a strong and hands-on Senior Recruiter to own mid-level to senior hiring across both Tech and Non-Tech functions.

You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build high-quality talent pipelines, drive targeted sourcing, and close exceptional candidates.

Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for mid to senior-level roles.

Build strong talent pipelines through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and creative sourcing strategies.

Use ATS platforms, AI-powered sourcing tools, and recruitment data to improve hiring efficiency.

Mentor junior recruiters or interns and help raise recruitment standards.

4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.

- Strong track record of hiring mid-level to senior talent across Tech and Non-Tech roles.
- Experience in campus hiring, including building and managing relationships with colleges, universities, and placement teams.
- Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills with experience engaging passive candidates.
- Experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse and modern recruitment tools.
- Exposure to AI-driven recruitment tools is a plus.
