Job Description – Visa Counsellor

Job Responsibilities

- Counsel students and clients regarding study visas, visitor visas, and immigration opportunities.
- Understand clients’ requirements and suggest suitable countries and visa options.
- Explain visa processes, eligibility criteria, documentation, fees, and timelines.
- Follow up with potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Maintain client records and update leads in the CRM.
- Assist clients with documentation and application processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth case processing.
- Achieve monthly counselling, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain skilled relationships with clients and provide regular updates.

Requirements





- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and client-handling abilities.
- Basic knowledge of visa and immigration procedures is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
- Previous experience in visa counselling or immigration consultancy will be an advantage.
- Target-oriented, confident, and willing to learn.

Salary

Salary will be based on experience, communication skills, and performance.
