Key Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and design concepts.
- Develop high-quality 2D and 3D design presentations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and related software.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
- Prepare working drawings, detailed drawings, and measurement drawings.
- Assist in design development, material selection, and preparation of BOQs.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Ensure all designs comply with applicable building standards, codes, and regulations.
- Make revisions and updates based on client feedback or management instructions.

Skills & Requirements

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other relevant design software.




- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction detailing.
- Ability to interpret drawings and translate concepts into accurate designs.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and approval processes.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹46,000.00 per month
