About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to handle customer queries, support sales activities, generate leads, and conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide product information, guidance, and assistance to customers.
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and business opportunities.
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, cold calling, and other channels.
- Connect with potential clients, understand their requirements, and support sales activities.
- Follow up with leads and customers to maintain solid relationships.
- Schedule client meetings and coordinate product demonstrations.
- Maintain customer databases, lead records, and research reports.




- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Graduation in any stream; BBA, B.Com, BCA, or MBA (Marketing) preferred.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in customer support, sales, lead generation, and market research.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.
- Good research, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in customer support or sales is an advantage.
