We are looking for a proactive, organized, and customer-focused professional to manage day-to-day material entries, coordinate with vendors, support marketing activities, and handle property sales and customer interactions at our residential project sites.

Key Responsibilities

- Material Management: Maintain daily material inward and outward entries, update stock records, and track material usage at project sites.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material quotations, procurement, timely deliveries, and follow-ups.
- Marketing & Designing: Prepare attractive marketing flyers, property advertisements, brochures, and other promotional materials for online and offline marketing.
- Customer Site Visits: Welcome customers visiting the project site, explain property features, showcase available flats, and answer basic queries.
- Customer Follow-ups: Make follow-up calls to prospective customers, respond to enquiries, and maintain regular communication with leads.
- Sales & Lead Generation: Make sales calls, explain project details, share brochures, schedule site visits, and assist in converting leads into bookings.




- Sales Reporting: Maintain customer enquiry records, follow-up updates, site visit details, and sales activity reports.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and data entry.
- Ability to make sales calls and communicate confidently with customers.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
- Good coordination, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness to visit project sites and interact with customers.
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, or construction operations is preferred but not mandatory.

Salary & Incentives

- Salary: As per experience and suitability.
- Performance-Based Sales Incentives: Attractive incentives will be paid based on successful sales and flat bookings.
- Prospect to grow with the company and develop skills across real estate operations, marketing, and sales.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
