Job Description:

We are looking for a friendly, compassionate, and confident Telecaller to join a charitable trust dedicated to supporting homeless and underprivileged children.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential donors and supporters.
- Explain the trust’s charitable activities and initiatives for children in need.
- Communicate the importance of supporting children through donations and sponsorships, where applicable.
- Follow up with interested individuals and provide information about the trust.
- Maintain accurate call records and update contact details.
- Respond politely to enquiries and build positive relationships with supporters.

Requirements:

- Valuable communication skills in Tamil and English.




- Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
- Friendly attitude and convincing communication skills.
- Patience, dedication, and a genuine interest in helping children.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
