Job Title: Store In-charge

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and organized Store In-charge to oversee our warehouse and inventory operations in Ravet, Pune. In this role, you will be responsible for managing daily stock movements, maintaining accurate inventory records, supervising store helpers/staff, and ensuring the smooth and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of materials and auto components.

Key Responsibilities

- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials, tools, and spare parts using digital systems or manual registers.
- Stock Audits: Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies with system records.
- Receiving & Dispatching: Supervise the loading, unloading, inspection, and verification of incoming shipments against purchase orders.
- Warehouse Organization: Ensure the store and storage areas are clean, systematically organized, and adhere to safety standards.
- Team Supervision:



Guide and coordinate with store helpers and support staff to ensure daily warehouse tasks are completed efficiently.
- Vendor & Internal Coordination: Coordinate with purchase, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely material availability.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience working as a Store Keeper, Store In-charge, or Warehouse Assistant (prior experience in auto components, manufacturing, or engineering industries is preferred).
- Education: Higher Secondary (12th) or Bachelor's degree in any stream.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer operations (MS Excel, inventory management systems, or ERP software).
- Location: Candidates residing in or around Ravet or nearby areas (Pimpri-Chinchwad, Nigdi, Wakad) are preferred.
- Work Ethic: Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, honesty, and leadership capability.
