Roles and Responsibilities

- Ensure children's safety, care, hygiene, and overall well-being.
- Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities, games, rhymes, and creative sessions.
- Support children's physical, cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Maintain classroom discipline and a positive learning workplace.
- Guide and mentor teachers and caregivers on childcare and teaching practices.
- Maintain children's records, attendance registers, activity plans, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with parents regarding children's progress and daily activities.
- Ensure compliance with Ipsaa's policies, SOPs, and safety standards.
- Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance, as applicable.
- Manage daily centre operations, resources, and team coordination, as applicable.
- Report incidents, parent concerns, and operational issues to the reporting authority.
- Maintain professional conduct, teamwork, and confidentiality.
