Job Title: CA Industrial Trainee – Finance

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated CA Industrial Trainee to join our Finance team in Mumbai. Depending on business requirements, the trainee may be assigned to one or more areas within Finance, such as financial accounting and reporting, financial planning and analysis, treasury, taxation, or financial controls. The scope of work will depend on the assigned area and may not include exposure to every function. This role offers practical industry experience and an opportunity to apply CA concepts in a corporate environment.

Key Responsibilities
Support the Finance function across accounting, reporting, planning, analysis, cash-flow management, compliance, and financial controls, as relevant to the assigned scope. Assist with preparing and validating financial information, maintaining documentation, supporting audits, and coordinating with stakeholders. Contribute to process improvements and the responsible use of AI, automation, and other digital technologies to enhance efficiency, strengthen insights, and help develop future-ready finance processes. Responsibilities will depend on business requirements and may cover one or more finance areas.

Eligibility Criteria
• Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA)




• Eligible for Industrial Training as per applicable ICAI guidelines
• Relevant articleship exposure to accounting, audit, taxation, or other finance areas is preferred

• Strong foundational knowledge of accounting and finance concepts
• Willingness to learn and work in the assigned finance area
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Technology proficiency and an aptitude for using AI tools, automation solutions, data analytics, and digital finance systems
• Awareness of data confidentiality, accuracy, and the need to validate AI-generated outputs
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
