Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide desktop support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Configure Outlook email clients and resolve email-related problems.
- Troubleshoot printer issues and perform remote support when necessary.
- Utilize ticketing tools to track and manage support requests.
- Manage VIP customers' technical queries and escalate complex issues to senior engineers.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-3 years of experience in Desktop Support, End User Support, Hardware Networking, IT Support, Printer Support, Remote Support, Troubleshooting, and Outlook Configuration.
- Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 7/8/10) and basic networking concepts.
