Role : Senior Manager/AVP/VP Credit -Real Estate Financing

Location : Mumbai (Central Line)

Roles & Responsibilities:

-> Initial screening and structuring of financing deals for commercial real estate

-> Working with the internal team (relationship, legal, technical, and operations) to deliver a timely and well-coordinated solution to clients.

-> Communication with the client to learn about their finance requirements, organizational structure, and company model.

-> Additionally, continuing information gathering and query resolution

-> Due diligence and credit analysis. Creating Credit & Risk Assessment Notes (CRAN) to assess borrower, transaction,



and underlying security risk and provide preliminary recommendations.

-> Delivering the plan to the authorities responsible for sanction

-> Creating credit reports for review and renewal in order to check limitations and evaluate them for credit alerts
