Roles and Responsibilities

- Coordinate with clients to understand their freight forwarding requirements.

- Prepare shipment documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.

- Book space with airlines, ocean carriers, or other transportation providers for exports and imports.

- Maintain accurate records of shipments, including tracking numbers, customs clearance status, and inventory levels.
