Qualification: HSC / Graduate
Experience: Freshers to 12 Months
Salary: 2.64 LPA 2.96 LPA
In-hand Salary: 16,000 19,000
Training: 2025 Days
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries related to e-commerce services through voice support.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and achieve assigned quality and performance targets.
Eligibility & Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (Versant Level 5).
- Valuable typing skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Male candidates: 24/7 rotational shifts.
- Female candidates: Shifts between 7 AM and 10 PM.
Working Days: 5 Days a Week
Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs
