About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Solution Architect with deep expertise in .NET Core and the Banking/Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing scalable solutions for Core Banking (CBS), Loan Origination Systems (LOS), and Digital Banking. You will play a pivotal role in project delivery, stakeholder management, and ensuring architectural excellence across cloud and on-prem environments.

Mandatory Skills

- Messaging Queues: Kafka and RabbitMQ (Must Have)
- Cloud Stack: AWS and Azure
- DevOps: CI/CD Pipelines, Infrastructure as Code
- Key Responsibilities (KRA)

1. Solution Design & Technical Architecture

- Design and architect scalable, high-performance solutions for LOS, Lending, CBS, Digital Banking, and APIs.
- Ensure seamless integration with external ecosystems including ITR, GSTN, vKYC, Account Aggregator (AA), and Statement Analyzers.
- Define architecture for Cloud (AWS/Azure), On-Premise, or Hybrid deployments.

2. Project Management & Execution





- Oversee end-to-end delivery of Fincraft Core Banking, LOS, LMS, and Digital Banking solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Development, QA, Infra) and clients to resolve bottlenecks and ensure timely delivery.

3. Technology & Engineering Excellence

- Leverage .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Core (MVC, Web API), and Microservices architecture.
- Implement Design Patterns (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture) and SOLID principles.
- Oversee API integrations (REST/SOAP/Open Banking) and ensure secure authentication (OAuth2, JWT, SSO, RBAC).

4. Stakeholder & Compliance Management

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers during implementation.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (RBI, NBFC, MFI guidelines, PCI-DSS, GDPR) in all solution designs.
- Enforce data security, encryption, and secure API practices.

5. Innovation & Digital Transformation

- Evaluate AI/ML, RPA, and Blockchain use cases in banking.
- Drive automation in loan processing, customer onboarding, and risk analytics.
