Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and completeness of stock records.
- Identify discrepancies in inventory levels, quantities, and values, and report them to management for resolution.
- Collaborate with store managers, shift supervisors, and other team members to resolve issues related to inventory control.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for maintaining accurate inventory records.
Job Requirements :
- 0.6-10 years of experience in retail or FMCG industry as an Assistant Store Manager, Shift Incharge, Area Store Manager or similar role.
- Robust understanding of inventory management principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for conducting thorough audits.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
