We are building a new celebrity-backed athleisure brand from the ground up, and we are looking for a Retail Manager to help build and scale its offline retail presence.

You will be responsible for creating the systems, teams and customer experience behind the brands physical retail operations.

This role is for someone who understands that strong retail is a combination of people, product, customer experience and commercial performance.

What We re Looking For

- 4 to 8 years of experience in retail operations or retail management.
- Experience in fashion, athleisure, footwear, lifestyle or premium consumer retail is preferred.
- Strong understanding of store sales, conversion, inventory and retail KPIs.
- Experience managing and training frontline retail teams.
- Strong operational discipline with a commercial mindset.
- Experience creating and implementing retail SOPs.
- Hands-on, resourceful and comfortable building systems from scratch.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing entrepreneurial environment.

What You ll Do

- Own day-to-day retail operations and store performance.
- Drive store sales, conversion, productivity and profitability.
- Develop and implement retail SOPs and operating processes.
- Recruit,



train and manage store teams.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and brand presentation.
- Work with merchandising and supply-chain teams on inventory planning and stock availability.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards across stores.
- Track store-level KPIs and identify opportunities to improve performance.
- Support recent store launches and the wider retail expansion plan.
- Coordinate closely with brand, marketing and operations teams.
