Locations: Kochi | Kottayam | Calicut | Trivandrum

Experience: Minimum 2 years in home loans Home loan experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop DSA relationships.
- Generate home loan business and achieve sales targets.
- Onboard and activate new DSA partners.
- Coordinate loan login, sanction, and disbursement.
- Build solid relationships with referral partners and internal teams.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of home loan experience.
- Strong DSA relationship management and business development skills.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented with a proven ability to generate business.
