1. Senior Project Engineer / Assistant Project Manager

- Handle BMS/CPM project execution and planning.
- Coordinate with design, engineering and site teams.
- Manage contractors, clients and project activities.
- Ensure timely project completion and quality standards.
- Handle project documentation and coordination.

2. Senior Engineer BMS / CPM Commissioning

- Handle BMS/CPM configuration, testing and commissioning.
- Troubleshoot and integrate HVAC automation systems.
- Work on BACnet, Modbus and DDC controllers.
- Coordinate with installation and commissioning teams.
- Handle system testing, client training and handover.

Common Requirements

- B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation.
- Experience in BMS / CPM / HVAC Automation projects.
- Knowledge of Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, BACnet and Modbus.
- Schneider / Niagara software knowledge is an added advantage.
