2. Interact confidently and professionally with US-based clients.

3. Understand client requirements, address concerns and provide effective solutions.

4. Build positive client relationships through explicit and friendly communication.

5. Handle client inquiries and resolve issues within the required turnaround time.

6. Maintain accurate clients information and update CRM records.

7. Ensure high standards of client satisfaction, call quality and service delivery.

8. Follow company communication standards, process guidelines and quality procedures.

9. Demonstrate active listening, problem-solving and a clients -first attitude.

10. Meet individual and team performance expectations.
