Location: Hyderabad | Noida | Pune

Experience: 1 Year Complete 12 Months of International Voice Experience (Inbound Calling Only)

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days a Week Rotational Week Off

Cab Facility:*Both-side Cab Facility

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility Criteria

- Excellent English communication skills.

- Minimum 12 months of international inbound voice process experience.

- Comfortable working in night shifts.

- Willing to work from office.

- Candidates must be ready to join immediately.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Handle inbound customer calls and provide effective resolutions to customer queries.

2. Assist customers with wireless voice services,



account-related queries and service requests.

3. Ensure customer satisfaction through qualified communication and timely issue resolution.

4. Maintain call quality, follow process guidelines and achieve assigned performance targets.
