8-9 years of relevant HR experience, preferably a Lead HRBP role within a technology, engineering, IT services, or semiconductor organization.

Key Responsibilities-

1. Business Partnering

2. Employee Relations

- Manage employee relations matters and provide guidance on workplace policies, conduct, performance, and behavioral concerns.
- Handle employee grievances and facilitate timely resolution.
- Conduct employee counselling and support conflict resolution.
- Ensure appropriate documentation and adherence to HR policies and processes.
- Partner with managers on disciplinary and corrective-action processes where required.

- Conduct HR connects, employee listening sessions, skip-level connects,



and engagement activities
- Drive recognition and rewards programs.

Location support & drive the engagement activities for employees.

5. Retention

- Partner with leaders on retention strategies and succession planning.
- Conduct stay interviews and support retention initiatives.

6. HR Analytics & Reporting

HR dashboards, presentations, and management reports

7. HR Operations & Policy Governance

Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
