Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and enthusiastic individuals to join our Lifestyle Customer Support team. The role involves handling inbound customer calls, addressing queries, providing product and order-related assistance, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Assist customers with product-related queries, orders, deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds as per process guidelines.
- Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned team.
- Follow call handling procedures, quality standards, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Achieve defined performance targets, including call quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity.
- Maintain a courteous and customer-friendly approach during every interaction.

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: PUC / 12th Pass or any graduate.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




- Good communication skills in English and the required regional language, as per process requirements.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and rotational week-offs.
