Role- Customer Handling- resolving customer query over chat and pitching them for Godaddy services. (So, its mix of customer handling and sales)

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Candidate should be confident while answering
- Fluent English
- Technically sound
- Should be comfortable with night shifts

Rounds:

1. Recruiter screening
2. Assessment - Customer Service chat + AI Interview(Fresher) / Customer Service chat + AI Interview(Experience)
3. If required with Ops

WFO Rotational Shifts (majorly night shifts)

Rotational 2 week off

1 way Cab facility for female (amount will be deducted from in hand)
